  • Prenatal yoga with Sabrina was an unexpected blessing during my pregnancy. Sabrina tailors her classes to your ever-changing physical and emotional needs and provides so many amazing resources to utilize during pregnancy/birth. The hour of prenatal yoga each week truly kept me grounded and present during the roller coaster that is pregnancy. Additionally, I do not think I would have met my goal of having an unmedicated birth without the techniques and physical preparation I learned in her classes.
